Pricing & Fees

• Tax preparation services start at $459, with final pricing based on the complexity of your return. You can learn more about pricing here.

• Returns involving businesses, multiple states, K-1s, rental properties, significant investment activity, or prior-year cleanup generally require additional time and cost.

• A $200 deposit is required for all new clients and is due before tax preparation begins.

  • The deposit is applied toward your final invoice.

  • Payment of remaining fees is required prior to filing and before completed returns are released.

• Pricing is confirmed once your information is received — fees are discussed before filing, not after.

Timing & Communication

• Turnaround time depends on when all required information is submitted and overall tax-season volume.

• Missing or late documents may result in delays or the need for an extension.

• Sensitive documents must be uploaded securely — email is not used for transmitting tax information.
